Help with License Issues

How to Get License Help

  • All licensing issues and billing is handled by Atlassian. 
    • App license pricing is based on the number of active users for your Confluence instance.
    • See Atlassian's Purchasing & Licensing FAQ:
  • If you have not already, please refer to the Pricing FAQ for your App. This is located in the market place. Look at the specific App you are interested in. Go to the pricing tab and then scroll to the bottom and expand the section that most applies to your question. Artemis Apps on the Atlassian Marketplace
  • At Artemis, we do not have access to license distribution or subscription controls.
  • For Server & Data Center you can extend your trial period. please refer to the Pricing FAQ for your App for directions. This is located in the market place. Look at the specific App you are interested in.   • How to find your SEN (Support Entitlement number) for your App
    • Go to manage Apps, scroll to the correct App, expand the view for that App
  • If there is a problem with your license or you lose your license key please contact Atlassian Support for help.  If they are slow to respond or if other issues come up that you think we can help with please let us know.
