Add support for including a MultiExcerpt that is in a Blog Post

We’ve added support for using MultiExcerpt macros in blog posts. MultiExcerpt Includes can now refer to these MultiExcerpts the same as on regular pages.

Improve compatibility with K15t's "Scroll Ignore" macro

This release fixes an issue where the Scroll Ignore macro didn’t render properly when rendered as part of a MultiExcerpt Include macro.
