Uninstallation - Cloud

This article will walk you through the process of uninstalling the Source Editor for Confluence application.

  • Uninstalling the application will result in an error on the page where the macro was used.

  • If you no longer want to use the application but still have a page(s) that use the application's macros, you must first remove the macros from the page(s).

To uninstall the Source Editor for Confluence application, perform the following:

  1. Go to Apps → Manage apps. The Manage apps page is displayed.

  2. Search for the Source Editor for Confluence application or select the Source Editor for Confluence application and click the > (expand) icon. The details of the application are displayed.
    (Optional) The following steps apply if you are using a trial:

    1. Click the Stop trail button. A confirmation dialogue box is displayed.

    2. Click Unsubscribe. The App feedback window is displayed.

    3. Specify a reason why you want to uninstall the application. This will help us to serve you better.

    4. Wait for a few minutes and your application is unsubscribed.

  3. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialogue box is displayed.

  4. Click Uninstall app. The application is uninstalled.

If you have already uninstalled the app, you must temporarily install it and select Try it free until the macro is removed from the page(s).
