Disable Share It for selected spaces
In the Comala Share It global configuration menu, you can specify the spaces where content can have Comala Share It links created.
By default, when installed Comala Share It is available in all spaces.
In Permissions>Restrict by space
select a displayed space name
use
>arrows to move spaces between Allowed Spaces and Restricted Spaces lists
Double-headed arrows >> move all displayed spaces between the lists.
scroll down to Save the configuration settings once you have finished
All new user groups are, by default Allowed Groups. All users who are members of a new group are allowed to create links to the allowed spaces.
