This guide will help you install the Contact Views for Salesforce & JSM add-on.

Prerequisites

You must be:

  • An admin of the Jira Cloud instance.

  • Either a technical contact or billing contact of the Jira Cloud instance. To verify, log in to https://my.atlassian.com and ensure the Jira Cloud instance appears on the Licenses page.

Steps

  1. Log into your Jira Cloud.

  2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons.
    The Find new add-ons screen loads.

  3. Locate  Contact Views for Salesforce & JSM

  4. Click Free trial to download and install your add-on.

  5. Click Close in the Installed and ready-to-go dialog window.
