grantProjectPermissions

Grant project level permissions for one or more users or groups using either the userId or group parameters. Set permission parameter to one of the valid permissions. Valid permissions are PROJECT_READ, PROJECT_WRITE, REPO_CREATE, and PROJECT_ADMIN listed in order of least permission to most permission. Alternatively, the project level default permission (only REPO_CREATE, PROJECT_WRITE, or PROJECT_READ) can be set. Note, REPO_CREATE requires Bitbucket 8.2 or higher.
