When contacting us with an issue, provide us with the following information

  • app version number

  • Confluence version number

  • your page's Storage Format markup

  • HAR File

To get your page's Storage Format content

  • go to Tools > View Storage Format (you may need administrator rights for this)

  • copy the contents

  • save it in a .txt file

  • send us the storage format

Here is how you can generate a HAR file

  • replicate the issue and generate the HAR file.

  • send us the HAR file

We will get back to you as quickly as possible and try to solve any issue that you are facing with our products.

You may also need to import similar content sent back by our support engineers. If you install the Confluence Source Editor you should be able to use the content we send back to you.
