Overview

Create a list box with a list of labels that a user can select.

These labels are then be applied to the page.

  1. Create a table with one column and two rows as shown below:

  2. Insert a List Data macro Inside the table.

    1. Enter Field Name as topics.

    2. Select the Allow Multiple checkbox.

  1. Insert a Label Options macro Inside the List Data macro.

  1. Add one or more labels to the Name field in the Edit 'Label Option' Macro window.

These are the multiple labels that you want to appear as a list. In this example, we have used the words Scaffolding, Tutorial, FAQ, Reference, Guide as labels.

  1. Click Edit Contents to select which words you want as labels for the page.

To select multiple choices, press Ctrl as you click.
