The rich filter time series chart gadget
Rich Filters::Service Management Dashboards is an extension of the Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards app. This extension adds functionality specific to Jira Service Management to the existing rich filters. Please check the Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards documentation before you proceed.

Rich Filters::Service Management Dashboards provides new options for the Rich Filter Time Series Chart gadget, which allow you to display time series based on SLA fields:
see how the number of issues with SLA Completed, Met, or Breached has evolved over time
see how the SLA %Met or %Breached ratios have evolved over time
see how the SLA Average durations have evolved over time
To configure these new features, the gadget provides new setting options:
Setting | New options – description |

Time Series | Select the time series you want to display. You can select up to 10 time series at a time. The gadget can display only time series with the same value type together. Once the first time series has been selected, only time series with the same value type can be added.  You can look at the Extending the time series page to learn more about time series based on SLA fields. |
