Changing the maximum number of Reporting results

Changing the maximum number of Reporting results

Substantially large reporting results may cause a negative impact on Confluence's performance. A Confluence admin may prevent this by configuring Reporting to limit the number of returned results.

This setting is set to Disabled by default.

Guide

  1. As an administrator, go to Cog Icon > Manage apps.

If you are using an earlier version of Reporting, you must use this configuration URL:
<confluence-base-url>/admin/plugins/reporting/config/viewObjectLimit.action

  1. In the left sidebar, scroll down to Reporting Configuration, and click on Configuration.

  2. In the Reporting configuration screen, you can specify the size limit for Reporting results. In the example below, it is set to 200 results.

  3. Click Save, and you're done.
