With this template, your team gains visibility into monday.com sales CRM. Create a dashboard to visualize activities, leaderboards, sales insights, key metrics of your sales funnel, and business goals at a glance.
Use it to set goals for your sales representatives in both, number of deals and value with the Leaderboard gadget; see where in the funnel your sales process can be improved or is in need of additional resources with the Average Days in Stage and the Average Deal Value per Stage gadgets; and track the activities in your deals per time period with the Activities gadget.
