Integration with Time to SLA

With this gadget you’ll help support teams track and monitor the status of their service level agreements (SLAs). Thus, teams can take the necessary actions to ensure that all SLAs are being met and customer satisfaction is maintained.

Cycle and Lead Time gadgets

We bring two new gadgets to display the Cycle and Lead Time. You’ll be able to set goals and be aware of missing them! Read more in our documentation: Cycle Time and Lead Time.

Improvements

• Sprint Goals accept formatting to and goals

• Available Jira/Confluence API Token datasources

• Revamped the design of the Open Pull Requests and Sprint Health gadgets

• Added the version description to the Releases gadget

• Scrum Velocity sorts sprints by start date

• Default local datasources are now private

• Limit of gadgets per dashboard is now 60 instead of 40
