SIL Listeners
The SIL Listener allows users to execute scripts when certain events are triggered.
Power Scripts intercepts these events, allowing you to process custom scripts. In this respect, they are similar to those on the Server and Data Center products. SIL scripts react to defined system events and act as an integration, keeping Jira in sync.
At a minimum, listeners are defined as scripts and the events they react to. Go to Power Apps Config > Advanced > Listeners to access the listeners.
Power Scripts Cloud offers asynchronous and synchronous listeners. However, all interactions in the Cloud are asynchronous because Jira and Appfire Power Scripts operate independently.
