As a user, you can perform the actions specified in this guide only once an administrator installs and configures the Delegated Project Creator for Jira cloud app for you. Once you are granted the required permissions, you can perform the following:

• Request new project
• Check project request status
• Manage project requests as an approver
• Create project from a template
• Create project from CSV
