Overview

JIRA Agile is an add-on provided by Atlassian and is available on the Atlassian Marketplace. Delegated Project Creator for JIRA Agile (formerly PCFJ Integration with JIRA Agile) will work with JIRA Agile 6.7.6 or greater. JIRA Agile MUST be installed before Delegated Project Creator for JIRA Agile is installed.

All Delegated Project Creator for JIRA add ons require Delegated Project Creator for JIRA version 2.3+.

Compatibility

This add-on requires JIRA Agile 6.7.6+

Configuration

Once installed, a new tab will be made available on the Delegated Project Creator for JIRA's Configuration page.

From this page you can:

Set up a standard set up columns

Multiselect statuses to add multiples to the same column.

Drag and drop the columns to order them.

Create standard set of swim-lanes

Just like in JIRA Agile, specify the JQL fragment for the swim lane. Drag and drop the swim lanes to order them.

Create standard set of quick filters

Just like in JIRA Agile, specify the JQL fragment for the quick filter. Drag and drop the quick filters to order them.

Tying it together

Once you have created the Columns, Swim Lanes and Quick filters, you ties these into a Board configuration. The prefix string will be prepended to both the Search Filter and the JIRA Agile board when they're created.

Once this has been done, simply pick the board configuration in your Delegated Project Creator for JIRA template.

Usage

At the creation of a project using a Delegated Project Creator for JIRA template, the board is automatically created.
