Editing and Deleting Labels

You can edit or delete any label you've created. Editing a label will update it in all places where it's used. Deleting a label will remove it from all OKRs to which it was applied.

  1. Click on the three-dot icon next to the label you want to edit or delete.

  2. If you want to edit the label, click Edit, make your changes, and click Save.

  3. If want to delete the label, click Delete and confirm the deletion.

Using Labels in OKRs

  1. Open the page of the objective or key result (KR) you want to add a label to.

  2. In the Info section, find the Label item.

  3. Click on the text next to it.

  4. A list of your labels will appear. Select the label(s) you want to apply, or click Create new labels… to create new ones.

  5. Press Enter.

You can add multiple labels to each OKR. The selected label(s) will appear in the Info box and in the Labels column next to the OKR in the Overview.

Filtering by Labels

You can use the filter to display only OKRs that have a specific label.

  1. Navigate to OKR Overview.

  2. Click on the filter icon in the OKR Overview top bar.

  3. Choose the label(s) you want to filter by.

The selection will be applied immediately, and only the OKRs with the selected label(s) will be displayed.
