Octo FAQ

Octo is found in the main Jira navigation menu.

You can link components to next-gen issues from an issue. The component field is hidden by default. You can show it by clicking the component icon under Description.

Errors can occur during synchronization in Octo if:

1. You changed the component name of the cross-project component in Jira and this component name already exists in one of the projects attached to the syncing component.

2. One of the cross-project component attributes was changed in several Jira projects.
