Jira Service Management Command Line Interface

This app no longer needs to be installed. Since CLI 7.x, the Service Desk client requires only the Jira CLI to be installed.

Service Desk CLI becomes Jira Service Management CLI

The servicedesk client is being renamed to the jsm client in ACLI 10.0 as a result of Atlassian's name change from Jira Service Desk to Jira Service Management.

Automate, Integrate, Migrate: Everything!

The ACLI uses simple, text-based commands to convert lengthy manual tasks to powerful, automated actions. This means you get the job done faster with less manual effort — a win-win for you and your team. There is an ever-growing list of apps that you can command and endless ways to automate tasks, integrate apps, and migrate (import and export) data.
