User Problem: As a Scrum Master, I want my team to estimate issues from different projects simultaneously to gain insights into the overall effort required and make informed decisions regarding resource allocation or project prioritization. I need a solution that allows for cross-project estimation.
Solution: Using Agile Poker for Jira Cloud!
Agile Poker for Jira allows you to estimate issues from multiple projects. This feature is only available for Company-Managed projects (formerly known as Classic) and not for Team-Managed projects (Next-Gen).
To enable estimation for multiple projects, you will need to set up a board that includes these projects or simply edit the filter for your board. By configuring a board that encompasses the desired projects, you can conveniently estimate issues across different projects within Agile Poker for Jira Cloud.
