Our team is excited to announce the release of JMWE for Jira Data Center, version 8.6.1.

Resolved issues

The legacy code editor had no size limit for its scripts – other than the limits imposed by Jira.

The newly released React code editor instead has an artificial limit at ~31500 max characters, which isn’t intended nor necessary.
