When you install Hedge, it creates a custom Risk issue type in your Jira instance. This issue type is added to all your company-managed projects. Due to Jira limitations, it's not done automatically in team-managed projects.
To create a new (custom) issue type in your team-managed software project:
From your project's sidebar, click Project settings > Issue types > + Add issue type.
Select Create issue type.
Give your issue type a name (Risk), description, and choose the relevant icon.
Click Create.
After you create a Risk issue type in your team-managed project, you can create Risks directly from the Hedge Risk Register.
To learn more, see Set up issue types in team-managed projects | Jira Cloud | Atlassian Support and Create risk.
Sign up for a free Jira instance and install Hedge from Hedge: Risk Management, Risk Register & Risk Matrix for Jira | Atlassian Marketplace.
Jira and Hedge are free for up to 10 users, so you can invite other colleagues to try Hedge for as long as you need.
