How to update the priority score of the issue
Priority score is automatically calculated based on the defined scoring formula and metric assigned to the issue. To change the priority score you need to update relevant metrics.
You can update and view the issue's priority score from these two places:
In the Priorities table
In the Priority score field in issue detail
Updating priorities from the Priorities table
Navigate to the project, and in the project menu, find the Priorities tab. Here you can see all the issues from the project.
Use filters to look for the issue’s metrics you want to update.
Click Metrics and assign a desired value. The score is automatically recalculated.

Navigate to the issue detail. The Priority score field is in the right panel.
Click the Priority score button to view the priority score.
Click Metrics and assign desired values. The score is automatically recalculated.
The priority score of the issue only shows if all metrics are filled.
