Integration Actions are a critical part of the system, serving as connection points between Listeners and external services or systems. This documentation outlines the available integration Actions, including their functionality and how to use them.
Call a Rest API action – This action allows you to make a REST API call to an external service or system. You can specify the API endpoint and any required parameters. The result of the API call can be used in other actions within the integration workflow.
Update a Jira Issue action – This action enables you to update a Jira issue. You can choose to update the issue associated with the event or specify a particular issue to update.
Create or update a Confluence page action – With this action, you can create a new Confluence page or update an existing one. The information used for the page can come from the event or other actions within the integration.
Send a Slack message action – This action allows you to send a message to a designated Slack channel. You can define the message content and choose the channel where the message should be delivered.
Add a Jira Comment action – You can use this action to add a comment to a Jira issue. The comment can be related to the event or applied to a specific issue.
Insert a Jira issue action – This action facilitates the creation of a new Jira issue or, where enabled in Jira, a subtask. Subtasks are a useful way to break down larger tasks into manageable parts.
Send an Email for a Jira issue action – This action creates an email notification for a Jira issue and adds it to the mail queue. Email notifications are an effective way to keep stakeholders informed about issue updates.
