Delegated Group Management, available for both JIRA and Confluence, is available through the Atlassian Marketplace. Install it through the Universal Plugin Manager.

Once installed, the administrator can access the Delegated Group Management configuration page by doing the following:

  • In Confluence: Click the Cog menu  and choose Add-ons, and then click Delegated Group Management.
  • In JIRA: Click the Cog menu  and choose User Management, and then click Delegated Group Management.
