Installation Guide

After careful consideration, CallCenter for Jira Service Management was retired and archived on the Atlassian Marketplace on August 25, 2023. Current customers and evaluators were informed of this change on May 25, 2023. Please contact the support team if you have any questions.

Requirements

Before installing CallCenter for Jira Service Management, Jira Service Desk 3.1 or higher must be installed on your system.

In addition, your Jira instance also must be accessed via a "https://" URL – known as HTTPS over SSL –  since many web browsers require this in order to access your microphone.

Installation

CallCenter for Jira Service Management is available through the Atlassian Marketplace. Install it through the Universal Plugin Manager in Jira. 

Once installed, the administrator can access the CallCenter for Jira Service Management configuration pages by choosing Add-ons from the Jira administration menu and then locating the CallCenter for Jira Service Management section in the left sidebar.
