Creating a Page Banner

Introduced in Composition Server 5.10.0, this Page Banner macro helps to highlight a page’s most important content or to call extra attention to featured information using big text and a hero image. You can use it for landing pages, important announcements, featured images or simply to enhance a page's layout.

The macro is fully responsive and will adjust to fit the page accordingly.

1. Create a Page Banner macro.

2. Fill in the following parameters:

   • Title - The main title inside the banner

   • Description - The description beside the banner

   • Image URL - The URL for the background image

   • Button Text - Text for the action button

   • Button Link - Link for the action button
     (Every parameter of this macro is optional.)

     Open

     

3. Click Save when you're done.
