Updates and bugfixes

• updated message displayed after a page has been confirmed by all assigned users
• updated read confirmation avatar display to show correct count of users who have confirmed when more than 25 readers have confirmed
• resolved problem of opening the Confirm dialog box after current user has confirmed the read confirmation request
• some performance improvements when communicating with Slack
