IMPROVEMENTS

  • With Configuration Manager, you can now migrate a Jira Service Desk project's language translations.

  • Attachment error reporting: We improved the reporting of attachment import errors. Now we give you information on the imported and failed attachments and issues during the deployment.

  • Missing users: Now, when you deploy a snapshot, and a new user needs to be added by the deployment, we will mark the user if it was missing on the source Jira instance too. We also add a unique native ID for missing users in the snapshot. The ID doesn't clash with the ID (key) of other users.

  • Canceling deployments: We changed the behavior so that after canceling a deployment, you have the option to start the deployment from the beginning.

RESOLVED

  • We fixed the handling of references to users in JSM automation rules for the assignee field - the users are referred by name and not by key.

  • We fixed a problem that prevented the conversion of some snapshots from binary to XML.

  • We fixed the failing model migration for some snapshots.

Improvements to canceling deployments

Now, after canceling a deployment, you have the option to start the deployment from the beginning.
