Step 2 - Starting the migration process

Step 2 - Starting the migration process

Guide

  1. Click the Migrate button to migrate all the connection(s) to the NextGen Connector.

  2. The green check mark confirms that the connection(s) have been migrated successfully.
A minimum of one successfully migrated connection is required to proceed to the next step.

Identifying Salesforce URLs

This scenario is only valid if you have multiple connections to multiple Salesforce URLs.

As mentioned in the Prerequisite section of the migration guide, if you have not taken note of the application link’s Salesforce URL before completing this step, you can restart the migration.

  1. On the same page, under Atlassian Marketplace, open Manage Apps in a new tab.

  2. Scroll down to “ServiceRocket Salesforce.com Connector Plugin (Classic Connector for Salesforce & Jira)” and click Enable.

  3. Next, for “Connector for Salesforce & Jira” click Disable then click Enable.

  4. Refresh the page and you will see the “Classic Connector for Salesforce & Jira” section reappear in the left tab of the page.
