When clicking on the URL field in Drive macro, Google file selection dialog window does not pop up

Summary

When clicking on the URL field in the Drive macro, a dialog window is expected to appear and then are able to  select Google Drive files.

However this isn't working properly.

Cause

Potential causes:

• The Confluence Base URL is not configured properly. The URL you access the server on the browser does not match the URL that is configured as the Base URL.

• Google Drive integration settings are not configured properly.

• Double-check Confluence Base URL configuration and update it if necessary. Make sure the URL you access the server on the browser does match the URL that is configured as the Base URL.

• Double-check Google Drive integration settings and re-configure if necessary. Make sure http://www.google.com  is whitelisted as well. Refer to this Administrator Guide.
