Brikit Zen Foundation app has reached end-of-life. If possible please transition to the Brikit Theme Press app which provides improved compatibility with Comala Document Management. Brikit provide a migration guide.
Overview
This page provides information on integrating the default Zen Foundation Theme with Comala Document Management.
Note: You will need Zen version 5.3.3 or later.
Step 1: Disable Zen Drafts
Zen Drafts must be disabled both globally and for each space for this integration to work.
For entire site:
Publish or discard any outstanding Zen drafts.
You can view and/or delete outstanding drafts from the Manage Zen Drafts panel in the space admin area (under Add-ons). From the Configuration menu, select Admin Console.
Log in if necessary.
The Administration Console opens.
From the Zen Foundation section, select Site Settings.
The Site Settings page opens.
Click the Edit button.
Check the DISABLE Drafts & Publishing box.
Click the Save button.
For specific space:
Publish or discard any outstanding Zen drafts.
You can view and/or delete outstanding drafts from the Manage Zen Drafts panel in the space admin area (under Add-ons). From the Configuration menu, select Zen Space Settings.
From the Zen Foundation Settings page, click Edit.
Check the DISABLE Drafts & Publishing box.
Click the Save button.
Step 2: Create user macro
To be able to see Comala Document Management items on pages, a user macro workflow-include
must be provided.
Navigate to: Confluence Administration → User Macros → Add

Step 3: Check it works
Zen should automatically include the workflow status lozenge and the workflow icon at the end of the top menu bar:
