What’s New?

New Document Actions Report macro

Open

The document actions report macro displays pending workflow assigned reviewer decisions for a user in a space.

The default report displays pending workflow actions for the current user @self and current space @space.

The report lists the pending workflow action name (approval name) and the related page for the action and space name and is configurable using the macro editor to filter the displayed report.

Enhancements

Report macro performance update

We've upgraded reporting for Comala Document Approval Data Center to enhance user experience and performance. We recommend using the new set of page report macros:

• Document States Report

• Document Approvals Report

• Document Actions Report

• Document Stats Report

The legacy Approval Workflow Report macro still works. However, we do not provide support or fix related bugs. Transitioning to the new macros ensures optimal performance

Compatibility updates

• updates in preparation for Confluence 9

Bug fixes

The following bugs are fixed in this release:

• the approval assignee notification link was not rendered correctly in an email notification

• updated links in the space tools data refresh screen to the Appfire documentation wiki

• removed the option to refresh data in the macro editor preview for the document state and document approval report macros

• resolved an issue for an edge case causing rollbacks for certain workflow actions
