Issues Created in last 7 Days
Report Purpose: Create a weekly report to that shows all issues created in the last 7 days.
Instructions
The report is created using Reports and Timesheets for Jira add-on
Go to Jira → Reports and Timesheets → Custom Report
List type of Report is selected by default
Click on the “+” symbol on the fields in the fields selector on the left to add them to the report
Project: Project Name
Click on the cog icon in the field name to open the Field Settings
Click on Group results by this field checkbox to see results grouped by Project Name
Common: Issue Key and Summary
Common: Priority
Users: Current Assignee Name
Users: Reporter Name
Common: Current Status
Dates: Created
Click on the cog icon in the field name to open the Field Settings
In the Filter section, click on the green add rule button “+ Rule” and enter filter as shown in the image below
Dates: Due date
Click on “Run” to see the results
