Upgrade to the latest Atlassian release of the Jira software version 9.4.11, 9.10.2, 9.11.1 or higher, which includes the MySQL 8.x fix, and the ActiveObjects library upgraded to version 5.0.3. Refer to Issues resolved in 9.4.11.
Installation
Reports and Timesheets for Jira is available for all three hosting versions of Jira: Cloud, Server, and Data Center. You can install the app from the Atlassian Marketplace.
Go to the Atlassian Marketplace app page, select the appropriate Hosting option, and click the Try it free to start the installation wizard.
After the installation is complete, Reports and Timesheets menu item will appear inside Jira.
Go to Jira > Reports and Timesheets > Custom Report to start using the add-on.
Admin privileges in Jira are required for installing the add-on.
