    • Viewers – Select who can view the filter.

  3. Click Save.

This will create a Filters section in the Asset Navigator.

Access and Manage Filters

The Asset Navigator's Filters section provides a central hub for all filters available to you. Simply click the dropdown to view a list of all filters you have permission to see. Selecting a saved filter displays the corresponding asset results.

You can also edit existing filters by opening the desired filter from the Asset Navigator, modifying the search criteria as needed, and clicking Save to update the filter's search parameters. When a filter is edited, “Edited” appears next to the filter name, indicating unsaved changes.

Run an Asset Filter

You can run an asset filter in two ways:

  • From the Asset Navigator:

    • Select the filter from the Filters dropdown menu.

  • From the Filters tab:

    • Click the Filters tab on the app top menu.

    • Click on the desired filter. This will take you to the Asset Navigator and show you the results for the filter.

Filters Tab

The Filters screen provides a central hub for managing all your filters within the application. Access it by clicking Filters from the top app menu. Here, you can:

  • Browse and Manage Existing Filters: Get a comprehensive list of all created filters, including their names, owners, viewers, and editors.

  • Use the Filters: Simply click on the filter name to be directed straight to its search results.

  • Refine Filter Criteria: Easily modify existing filters to fine-tune your search results by clicking the three-dots icon and selecting Edit.

  • Create New Filters: Create filters to pinpoint the exact data sets you need. You can either clone existing filters (from the three-dots icon menu) or create them entirely from scratch using the Asset Navigator.
