Installing Wittified's Two Factor Authentication (2FA) is very straightforward. In the Two Factor Authentication (2FA) Marketplace entry, click Buy it now (or Try it free if you want a 30-day trial version).

Once the purchase process is completed, the plugin will install automatically. 

If you're using any type of automated backups or other scripting utilities, please review Backup Client and any other automated utilities.



Once installed, the administrator can access the Two Factor Authentication (2FA) configuration pages by choosing Add-ons from the application administration menu and then locating the Two Factor Authentication (2FA) section in the left sidebar.

If you want to try Wittified's Two Factor Authentication (2FA) before purchasing, you can obtain an evaluation license key through the Atlassian Marketplace. If you require additional time to evaluate Two Factor Authentication (2FA), you can extend your trial period.

In-app installation guide

  1. Log into your Atlassian application instance as an admin.

  2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Atlassian Marketplace.
    The Manage add-ons screen loads.
     
  3. Click Find new add-ons from the left sidebar of the page.

  4. Via search, locate Wittified's Two Factor Authentication.
    The appropriate add-on version appears in the search results.
     
  5. Click Try free to begin a new trial or Buy now to purchase a license for Wittified's Two Factor Authentication.
    You're prompted to log into MyAtlassian. Two Factor Authentication begins to download.
     
  6. Enter your information and click Generate license when redirected to MyAtlassian.

  7. Click Apply license.
    If you're using an older version of UPM, you can copy and paste the license into your JIRA instance.
