Foxly offers multiple filter views:

  1. Basic Filters allow you to quickly select filters from preselected options like Projects, Assignee, Fixed versions, and more.

  2. Advanced Filters allow you to use JQL search to filter by anything you want! Plus, you also get hints while typing your search to make it much easier.

  3. Saved Filters allow you to select any of your Saved filters in Jira, which is ideal for quickly switching between the views.

Basic Filters

  1. To use the basic filters in Foxly, select Basic Filters from the drop-down on the left.

  2. Click More Filters on the right and select a field to filter on.

Advanced Filters (JQL)

  1. In Jira, under Apps, click Priorities.

  2. Click Basic Filters.

  3. From the drop-down, click Advanced Filters.

  4. Enter your desired JQL query in the search field. Hints will appear as you’re entering your query.

Saved Filters

  1. From the Filters drop-down, select Saved Filters.

  2. Click Saved Filters to see a list of the filters that have been saved in this Jira project.
