In Swanly, you can create cross-project releases that allow you to track the progress of the release across many projects.

When you create a cross-project release in Swanly, you’ll find the releases with their names in the projects that you selected. All changes to these releases in Jira projects will be synchronized through Swanly.

How to create a cross-project release

  1. Go to Apps > Swanly roadmaps > Release view.

  2. Click +Add release.

  3. Click + in the top right to open a Create Release form.

  4. Add the release name and select the projects where this release should be created.

  5. Click Create.

The cross-project release is created in all projects you selected. Now, you can schedule the release on the timeline and add scope to it to start tracking progress.
