One of the ways to manage issues in Swanly is to schedule and display them on the roadmap. You can schedule an issue by manually assigning dates or by dragging and dropping it straight on the roadmap.

How to schedule issues via the Schedule button

  1. Go to Apps > Swanly roadmaps > Issue view

  2. Click on the +Add issue button

  3. Choose an issue that you want to schedule from the list

  4. Click on Schedule button

  5. Choose a Template that you want to use for your issue

  6. Select Start and End date

If you have many issues in the list - use the search field or quick filters to find the necessary one

How to schedule issues via Drag & Drop

The quickest way to get your issues on the roadmap is to simply drag them to the necessary date.

  1. Choose an issue that you want to schedule from the list

  2. Click on the issue and drag it to the desired date

  3. Drop it next to the date

  • use the dates hint in the navbar to see where you are dropping the issue

  • use roadmap zoom levels to change the default length of issue dates
