\uD83E\uDD14 Problem

When using a language other than English, the Status-field along with the other fields that are altered when the profile language changes - will be sent in the selected language.

As an example, the status is Open, but since the user profile is in another language, the value of the status is sent using the user profile’s language (rather than the system language).

\uD83C\uDF31 Solution

The user language in this example is Japanese (this is how the user sees his Jira environment)

CAUSE

This happens because the “Push to Salesforce” post function pushes Status in the user language used in their Jira cloud profile.

The post function will push the value on your chosen language in your profile.

RESOLUTION

  • Disable all post functions in all the transitions if the user language is set to anything but English.

  • Use the Auto push/pull options (They will push the value in the Status language)

  • No labels
