This article explains how to use a field function as a URL using the Reports and Timesheets for Jira app.
Instructions
- Create a calculated field. Give a name of the calculated field. You can give any name. Add the custom field of the type URL field given as an example. Please replace it with your custom field Portal URL. Find below screenshot for reference.
