This article explains why the SQL for Confluence app gets disabled when the app is upgraded to version 10.4.1

Behavior

After updating SQL for Confluence (Pro Edition) app to version 10.4.1, the app gets disabled. 

Explanation

This issue is caused by the last update of Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant app (CCMA) listed here https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/MIG-763

Workaround

  1. Disable the Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant (CCMA) app.

  2. Enable SQL for Confluence app.

  3. Enable Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant (CCMA) app.

As always recommend: Install and test the app in a non-product environment before to the production environment.
