This article explains two methods for making imported risks visible in the Risk Register.
Clearing filters
If you have a different project, issue type, or any other mismatched parameter applied in the filters, your risks will not be visible in the list. To fix this:
Click the risk table > Clear filters button.
Apply only filters that match the parameters of your risks.
Select issue type in Risk Register settings
In the Risk Register, click Settings > General settings > Issue Types.
Add the type of issues to be displayed on the board.
Make sure the issue types you want to display are selected.
