In some cases, where you are facing troubles, it is very helpful to provide the output file from the browser's console.

Steps

Below are the instructions for how you can easily view and save the Javascript console using Google Chrome. 

  1. Open Google Chrome and open the page where the issue is occurring.
  2. From the Chrome menu bar select View > Developer > Javascript Console
  3. From the Developer Tools panel that opens on your screen, select the Network tab. By default the Developer Tools will load at the bottom of your screen.  
  4. Check the Disable Cache option in the Network tab toolbar to prevent caching of resources for this specific page.
  5. Next select the Console tab.  
  6. Click on the gear icon to open the Console settings 
  7. Check the box next to Preserve log and Log XMLHttpRequests
  8. Click the Clear console button to clear out any existing logs from the console
  9. Now try to reproduce the issue that you are experiencing while the console is open
  10. Once you have reproduced the issue, right click anywhere in the console, select Save as, and save the file to your computer.
  11. Attach your console log file to your ticket so that it may analyze it.
