In Swanly, you can create cross-project releases that allow you to track the progress of the release across many projects.

When you create a cross-project release in Swanly then you’ll find the releases with its name in the projects that you selected. All changes to these releases in Jira projects will be synchronized through Swanly.

How to create a cross-project release

  1. Go to Apps > Swanly roadmaps > Release view

  2. Click on +Add release button

  3. Click on + button in the top right corner to open a create release form

  4. Add release name and select projects where this release should be created

  5. Click on the Create button

Cross-project release is created in all projects you selected. Now you can schedule the release on the timeline and add scope to it to start tracking progress.
