Swanly right now doesn’t support higher hierarchy levels, Epic issue type is the highest level you can set in Swanly to see things in the hierarchical view.
If you add a higher hierarchy level in your Jira project (Initiative, for example) - Swanly will still recognize Initiatives as issues but it will not recognize them in a hierarchical view. Basically, you will see them as detached issues on the roadmap.
We are aware of this feature and will be adding higher hierarchy levels in upcoming iterations. To check if this feature is available or not - follow our Release notes or contact our Support.
