How to fix imported risks not visible?

There are several ways to troubleshoot and make sure all your imported risks appear in the risk register.

  1. Clear filters. Navigate to the risk table (list of risk registers) and click on Clear filters button. If you have a different project, or issue type, applied in the filters, your risks will not be visible in the list. Apply only filters that match the parameters of your risks.

2. Select the correct issue type in risk register settings.

  • In your risk register click on Settings located in the top-right corner.

  • Selected the General settings, scroll down, and click on Issue Types. There you add the type of issues to be displayed on the board. Make sure that the issue type you want to display is added.
