You can create your own metric or edit the existing ones. To make prioritization easier you can select from multiple metrics types:
⭐️ Rating - creates 5 stars rating
🏷 Label - creates a set of labels with custom names and colours
✏️ Short text - creates a dropdown with text values (same as Labels but without the colours)
🔢 Number - Creates the field that accepts a number input (non-decimal values)
Add a new metric
From Project menu navigate to the Priorities tab.
Click on +Add a new metric button
Select the metric type - Label, Number, Rating and Short text
Give metric a name
Select type of metric
Label metric types
add at least one value by clicking on +Add a new value button
Assign a colour, give value a name and select the numeric value that’s going to be used for priority score calculation
Number metric types
no additional action is needed
this creates a field that accepts numbers up to 3 decimal points
Rating type of metric
5-star rating will be automatically created
review assigned numeric values and edit when needed - they’re going to be used for priority score calculation
Short text type of metric
add at least one value by clicking on +Add a new value button
give value a name and select the numeric value that’s going to be used for priority score calculation
Once you’re done with changes click on Save changes button
