With Time to SLA for Jira’s Integrity Checker, you can scan the database for out-of-date information. TTS offers a list of options from which you can select and run an integrity check.

  1. Integrity checker (TTS) – Click to access the Integrity Checker page.

  2. SLA configuration – Here you can check SLA configurations for SLA definitions that have missing workflows.

  3. Issue SLA data – Here you can check issue SLA data for already deleted issues.

  4. Redundant configuration – Here you can check configurations for redundant SLA selections for deleted TTS custom fields and SLA definitions for redundant Pause statuses.

  5. Scheduled tasks – Here you can check scheduled tasks for corrupted scheduled tasks.

  6. SLA function configuration – Here you can check SLA functions configurations for SLA function.
