Guide

  1. Under Finalize migration, you have to perform manual configuration for the first three bullet points.
    ⚠️ These are not automated when you click Finalize.

  2. If your Classic Connector uses workflow post-functions, follow the linked guide to add workflow post-functions in the NextGen Connector.

  3. Next, set up an integration user using the Setting up an integration user guide.

  4. Then, on the same page, under Atlassian Marketplace, open Manage Apps in a new tab.

  5. You can uninstall the following apps by expanding the section and clicking on the Uninstall button.

    1. ServiceRocket Core Connector Plugin

    2. ServiceRocket Jira Connector Plugin

    3. ServiceRocket Salesforce.com Connector Plugin

  6. Click Finalize and then click the Remove issue links button to confirm the removal of the remote issue links. Read the remote issue link documentation for more information.

  7. The green check mark confirms that the upgrade is successful.

  8. Congratulations! You have completed the upgrading process.
